| The Egyptian Chamomile grows 8 to 14 inches high with a heavily branched stem, half spreading or creeping. It has feathery pinnate leaves and daisy-like white flowers. The whole plant has an apple-like scent. |

| Usage : |
- Many teachers use Chamomile and Lavender in a spritzer as an air freshener in their class rooms. Keeps kids calm and focused. It is also used in many workplaces

- Chamomile is a standard remedy for babies' colic. Quadruple the standard dilution with Chamomile and Lavender and rub over babies stomach and back.

- Diluted Roman Chamomile with a carrier oil, it can be massaged in, and used as a compress for headaches or menstrual problems.

- Roman Chamomile is also an excellent household disinfectant.

- To ease headaches and nervous tension, diffuse fragrant Roman Chamomile in our Crystal Jet Diffusor.

- For massage, apply with our Massage Lotion, 175ml (5.9oz). Add essential oil to desired strength (usually 20-40 drops) to bottle, shake well, and apply liberally to areas being massaged.

- For partial body application, apply with our Mixing Oil. Pour out a dime-sized portion of Mixing Oil and add one drop of essential oil, or measure out 1 oz of mixing oil and add 10-12 drops of essential oil.
